Seti Abu Simbel Lake Resort is located in the Abu Simbel area of southern Egypt.
The Abu Simbel temples date from the period of Ramesses II (1250 BC).
Remarkably, these tombs were relocated in 1968, to save them from the rising waters behind the High Dam.
The temples are famous for being alligned with the sunrise on the solstices.
