Set 100 km east of Antananarivo, Andasibe-Mantadia is a complex of small but impressive tracts of rainforest, home to indris, the largest of the lemurs, as well as a vast range of rare and endemic species. An iconic location, but needs to be visited with care to avoid the high season crowds.
