Set on the coastal plateau of western Ecuador, Guayaquil is a sprawling industrial port, centred on an attractive historic quarter. It usually features in trips as a connecting point for flights out to Gaapagos and occasionally in road trips out to the little-visited coastline around Puerto Cayo.

Isla Baltra
Set in the centre of Galapagos, Isla Baltra is a small island which is home to the main airport and, although there is a good population of land iguanas, is rarely considered anything other than a transit location.
Day 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8

MV Nemo Two is a high quality catamaran, which operates throughout the Galápagos.
There are two Superior Cabins ...

We start by heading for the small and uninhabited Isla Seymour Norte.
From there we head to Santa Cruz and drive up into the verdant central highlands.
Next then drive on town to Puerto Ayora on the south side of the island.
Next we cruise far off to the fabulously remote western shores of Isla Isabela.
We then cross the channel to access Isla Fernandina, the youngest and most volcanically active island.
We then visit the equally remote western shoreline of Isla Santiago.
Next we pop into the pretty Isla Rábida on our way back.
Before returning to Isla Santiago to explore the eastern lava fields.
We then cruise north to the remote and pristine Isla Genovesa.
Finally we drop in on the tiny Isla Daphne Major, on the way back to the airport.
