Set in the Kiwayu area of the Kenya Coast, Kiwayu Lodge is a high end beach option which closed down in September 2011 after a British guest was killed by Somali pirates, but which is now available for larger groups wanting to book the whole place.

Mike’s Camp
Set in the Kiwayu area of the Kenya Coast, Mike’s Camp is a very laid back place with bucket-loads of character, largely thanks to its legendary resident host, Mike Kennedy. Unfortunately security concerns in this area prevent us from continuing to recommend it.
